Free guidance and service

1. All users of Tongya Heavy Industry series products, whether or not they are within the warranty period, are entitled to free technical consultation and guidance from Tongya Heavy Industry.

2. If the product or parts are damaged due to improper use by the user during the warranty period, Tongya Heavy Industry will provide them to customers at cost price and provide reasonable paid services.

3. Product accessories will be treated as free services within the warranty period, and old parts will be replaced with new ones.
