II. Service Commitment

1. Provide users with 24-hour hotline service.

2. Provide lifetime free technical service for Tongya Heavy Industry products.

3. Implement irregular return visits to users.

4. Provide technical training to users to help them use and maintain vehicles correctly as soon as possible.

5. For users who purchase large quantities for the first time, arrange technical and related personnel to provide on-site guidance and follow-up services during the first use.

6. Respond within 2 hours after receiving after-sales information feedback. If telephone guidance is required, provide answers and solutions within 2 hours; if on-site solutions are required, after consultation with customers, experienced maintenance engineers will be dispatched to the site within 24 hours within the province to provide maintenance services. The surrounding provinces will arrive within 48 hours, and the distant provinces will arrive within 72 hours (special circumstances will be negotiated separately).

7. For vehicles of Tongya Heavy Industry that have exceeded the warranty period, lifetime cost price services will be provided.
